Honestly I was very upset with most of my trip mainly do to the lack of communication from management to the drivers about the time of the routes. I purchased a ticket in July for lake placid NY to port authority in nyc and was due to depart at 2:35 pm...

I thought this ride would be torturous, but it was fine! Both drivers were great, especially the driver from Lake Placid to Albany. That bus looked brand new. Nice! Of course I would love it to be a little cheaper, but I was very happy to have this option....

The bus, including the bathroom, appeared clean and was comfortable. One issue I had was the bus not coming into town (Lake Placid), which I know is not the company’s fault.
