The employees are awesome!! Super helpful. The bus stinks! The upholstery is dirty and odorous. They need to be either regularly shampooed or changed to faux leather which would facilitate proper cleaning.

The main thing that needs improvement at Port Authority is improved ways of finding the gate info, though that may be Port Authority's more than Trailways' responsibility. The only thing about the ride was that trash was not removed from the incoming...
