I enjoyed my experience with Trailways. Schedules are well respected. However, during my trip between Montreal and New York the internet did not work during the entire trip. Also it was difficult to find the Trailways station in New York because there...

Things were generally fine. The WiFi was on but no internet. I counted on that advertising so I could work on the long trip. Sat next to a bigger person and the guy ahead of me leaned all the way back. Given the smaller seats, I felt like a can of tuna.
