Trailways Announces New Service in Western United States
White Plains, New York – Trailways, North America’s largest and oldest network of independent motor coach operators, has announced the addition of new city-to-city service throughout the Western United States. The daily departures will connect the millions of customers who have trusted Trailways to new major American cities including Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Seattle, and eighty-three other unique destinations.

Beginning on Friday August 18th, 2023, Trailways’ digital sales platforms will offer the new travel options across southern Utah, Montana, Idaho, Nevada, Washington, and Wyoming through a new alliance with I-15 fan favorite Salt Lake Express. Customers will not only be able to purchase travel to or from the new destinations – but also to or from hundreds of existing locations across the United States and Canada. Popular US routings include Boise to Reno or Las Vegas to Salt Lake City as well as longer affordable pairings such as Seattle to Chicago or Spokane to Louisville.
Customers making purchases on Trailways.com and Trailways.ca can expect a seamless purchase experience following a multi-million-dollar investment in the digital sales platforms during the previous three years. Travelers will appreciate new modern conveniences not common to ground travel ticketing, such as multiple fare classes with refundable and changeable options as well as mobile ticketing and the Driven Rewards loyalty program. Trailways’ premium experience extends well beyond the purchase experience with 365 day a year stateside Customer Care support available by phone or online to guide you through your journey.
The announcement of new service this August comes following Trailways’ launch of a new international route in early April connecting the Motor-City Detroit, Michigan to Toronto, Ontario.
